Onsite Supervisor - Afternoon / Evening Shift

Nexus Employment is currently hiring a 2nd Shift Staffing Onsite Supervisor for the Northwest Indiana area.
Full Time Opening on 2nd shift / Afternoons Hiring Immediately Job
Summary:
Schedule employees through phone and in person communication.
Check in employees at the start of the shift by arriving early and taking attendance for all temporary personnel.
Record attendance and send out daily reports.
Assist with timekeeping for the shift and reconcile hours in the timeclock.
Conduct new employee orientations.
Work closely with the Staffing Management team on all employee related issues.
Support Shift Supervisor with all on the floor personnel issues and training.
Coach and counsel temporary associates to ensure their on the job success.
Complete daily paperwork in regard to employee headcounts, shift summaries, etc.
Requirements:
Flexibility with hours is required Proven history of reliability Basic computer experience.
Ability to provide service that exceeds customer expectations Excellent communication skills - verbal and written Must be detail orientated with a high sense of urgency Previous experience in a Lead role Must be able to work second shift, afternoons We have an immediate need for this position.
